Yep me too! A huge jump for joy last night when Boris announced all childrens classes can go ahead.. but im still cautious, we have spent so many months on a knife edge I am doing everything possible to keep you and your baby safe during classes.

✔ limited spaces in all sessions to allow for social distancing

✔ sanitising hand gel station located at the entrance of the nook

✔ all props used in class deep cleaned, sanitised in between use.

✔ Mask to mat policy for all clients, and visors available to purchase should you feel more comfortable wearing one at all times

✔ Full venue deep clean daily

I've also been lucky enough to be vaccinated, but if you have any concerns anything you want to talk about before coming to class please message me I'm here to support and help you

Starting soon is our amazing baby massage course - 'Love Foundations' is more than just a massage class, learn was to calm and sooth your baby as well as support them with common minor aliments.

We also include lots of special little touches, a complimentary painted peppermint gift, materials to design and make your own teething necklace, not to mention our luxury Neals Yard gift bags..plus plenty of little treats along the way.

Our baby yoga classes are a fantastic follow on the baby massage, helping you build on babies sensory and body awareness and help lay thr corner stones for health posture and muscle development for later in life, we also spend a little time easing mum into some yoga inspired stretches to help you feel refreshed and renewed for the day ahead ♡
